Superior Crystals provides only the finest quality crystals and semi precious stones for crystal and spiritual healing.  These quality products are individually wrapped and securely packaged, then forwarded to you via Australia Post. 

All orders will be posted via Australia Post within 7 days following receipt of cleared payment:

We strongly recommend all our customers to select either the REGISTERED POST or EXPRESS POST options as these packages are traceable through Australia Post.

NOTE:  We do not accept responsibility for unregistered items that may be lost in the post.

To date no customers have returned, or requested to return, products to us (see Testimonials Page). However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Superior Crystals and if, for any reason, we do not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange your purchase, less shipping charges*.

The returns procedure is as follows:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for return instructions returns@superiorcrystals.com indicating the reason for the return.
2. All items must be returned, undamaged*, within 7 days of receipt in the original shipping container and packaging. We are not able to reimburse you for return shipping charges*.
3. We cannot guarantee that a similar item will be available for exchange, however you will be given the option of choosing another product within the same price range, plus shipping charges*, from the items listed on our website.
4. We will process and post an exchange of your purchase, plus shipping charges*, within 2 business days from the date the item is returned. (providing we have a replacement item available)

*Items damaged during shipment:

Contact us immediately returns@superiorcrystals.com The item must be returned to us immediately in its original packaging and container to enable us to lodge an insurance claim. We will immediately replace the item for you with one of your choice or issue a full refund, including postage.
