All our products are individually wrapped and securely packaged, free of charge, then despatched to you via Australia Post. To ensure that your valued purchases are received as addressed, insured and shipped with a tracking number, we strongly recommend that you choose the appropriate Shipping Method for your country during the ordering process. This gives you, our valued customer security in knowing that your order has been shipped within a secure traceable environment. PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept responsibility for unregistered or uninsured items once they have been despatched. Platinum Express Post items are signed for on delivery and items are traceable within the Platinum Express Network. $14.00 up to 500gms $18.00 up to 2.5kg Express Post: Offers next business day delivery between Australian Capital Cities (except Darwin) and other intrastate cities/towns within the Express Post Network. Express Post Bags have tracking numbers. $10.70 up to 500gms $13.00 up to 3kg Regular Parcel Post: Items are shipped uninsured, non traceable at at your own risk once they leave our despatch area. Delivery time is up to 5 business days. Australia Post is not liable for loss or damage or failure to deliver. $6.00 up to 250gms $8.00 up to 500gms $11.50 up to 750gms $15.00 up to 1kg If you wish to insure your items please also select the “Registered Post within Australia” option.
