Mososaurus beaugei was the largest of the five species of Mosasaur found in Morocco. Each tooth measures approx 25-35mm in length weighs approx 5gms. The geological age is estimated at Upper Cretaceous (50-100 million years ago). Mososaurus was a giant extinct sea-going lizard related to the large monitor.
